Please remember to bring your most current insurance cards to your appointment. If your appointment requires a referral for insurance coverage, you must obtain this referral from your primary care physician/pediatrician before your appointment.

Listed below are managed care insurance policies that we currently participate with. If you are covered by one of these insurance plans, you will only be responsible for your specialist co-payments and/or deductibles and we will file the insurance claim for you. Please contact your primary care physician for assistance with obtaining your referrals. If you are not covered by one of these plans, payment in full is expected at the time of the visit. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa and personal checks.

Please note that even though we are providers for the below listed insurance plans, your particular plan may consider our charges or your child's diagnosis as non-allowable. If any services or diagnoses are considered being non-allowable, the guarantor is responsible for those charges. Additionally, we do not accept commercial insurance at the Marcus Institute location except for EEG and Baclofen appointments.
